Error_Employee_position_does_not_have_an_allocation_percent_totaling_0_or_100_

Error: Employee position does not have an allocation percent totaling 0% or 100%

Issue

The allocation(s) for the employee position is [x]%.

Explanation

If the employee position has allocations, the allocation total must equal 100%. The error will show you the current allocation total on the employee position.

If the employee position does not have allocations, the allocation total must equal 0%.

Solution

If the employee position has allocations, change the percent that is allocated so the allocation total equals 100%. You can make these changes in Modify Existing Employees.

Do this...

1. Open Connect Payroll > Employees > Modify Existing Employees.

2. Use the field titled Employee to enter the employee name or number. Press Enter.

Remember, the Checkout Report lists all of the employee records with allocations that do not equal 0% or 100%.

3. Click to select the Positions tab.

4. Click to select the Allocations tab.

4. Adjust the employee allocations so the employee's allocations total to 0% or 100%.

6. Click Save (CTRL+S).

The employee allocations are fixed.
