Error: Pay code missing summary code

Issue

A pay code does not have a sub code "00".


Explanation

Every pay code should have one pay code with the "00" sub code. Connect uses the "00" sub code  to total the pay code amounts for the monthly summary. When you run Checkout, Connect uses the pay code monthly to cross-check amounts that have been calculated for the pay code. If the summary code "00" is missing, Connect can't verify the calculated amounts. 


Solution

To fix this issue, add a summary code "00" to the pay code. (Organization > Pay Codes) 

  • Add "00" as the sub code to a pay code.
