Error: Transactions missing workers compensation pay code
Issue
This employee has a workers compensation class code and the employee is missing a default workers compensation pay code. Each employee with a workers compensation code also needs to have a workers compensation pay code type. Payroll needs both a workers compensation code and workers compensation pay code type to create transactions.
Explanation
Each employee with a workers compensation class code also needs a workers compensation pay code.
Solution
Use Modify Existing Employees to add the workers compensation pay code to the employee. Go to the Pay Codes tab, click Select Pay Codes
. Move the workers compensation pay code to the Selected Pay Codes list, and then click OK.
