Set up the leave register to show comments that have been added to leave transactions. The comments may shed some light on why a leave entry was created. For example, scanning the Comments column on the leave adjustments register will show you which transactions have a comment and what information is saved in that field.

The comments column is included on the leave adjustments report definition, but you can add it to any report. The leave comments report column is part of the 2023.02 release.
1. Open a report.
2. Click to select the Columns tab.
3. Click .
4. Use the Available Columns list to find Leave Transaction.Comments, double-click it or use the > button to move it to the Selected Columns list.
