How do I add comments to the timesheet register?

Set up the timesheet register to show comments that have been added to leave transactions. The comments may shed some light on why a leave entry was created. For example, scanning the Comments column on the timesheet register will show you which transactions have a comment and what information is saved in that field. 

The comments columns is included in the Timesheet Register - with Comments [Caselle Master] report definition, but you can add the report column to any report. The comments column is part of the 2023.02 release. 

 

Adding comments to my timesheet register 

1. Open Connect Timekeeping Reports Timesheet Register.  

2. From the Title menu, select Timesheet Register - with Comments [Caselle Master].

3.  Select the report date range. 

4. Click Print (CTRL+P).
