How do I check for positive FICA, FWT, and SWT totals?
Use Check for Positive FICA, FWT, and SWT Totals to check if the employee's FICA + FWT + FWT is equal to or greater than zero (0).
Checking for positive FICA, FWT, and SWT totals
1. Open Connect Payroll > Organization > Checkout.
2. Click to select the checkbox titled Check for Positive FICA, FWT, and SWT Totals.
3. Click GO (CTRL+G).
The Checkout Report lists employee records with a positive amount recorded in the FICA, FWT, and SWT totals.
