How do I choose two or four decimal places on leave transactions? (Organization)

Change the default setting on the application to use two (0.00) or four (0.0000) decimal places to format leave time on leave transactions. This is important for organizations that accrue vacation or sick time based on a percentage of hours worked. You can choose to calculate leave and round the calculated amount to two (0.00) or four (0.0000) decimal places. 

 

Using four decimal places on leave transactions

1. Open Connect Payroll > Organization > Organization.

2. Click to select the Organization tab.

3. Click to select the Store Four Decimal Places on Leave Transactions checkbox.

4. Click Save (CTRL+S).

Connect will use four (0.0000) decimal places to format leave transactions.

 

Using two decimal places on leave transactions

1. Open Connect Payroll > Organization > Organization.

2. Click to select the Organization tab.

3. Remove the checkmark from the Store Four Decimal Places on Leave Transactions checkbox.

4. Click Save  (CTRL+S).

Connect will use two (0.00) decimal places to format leave transactions.
