I'm calculating leave time, but there's a warning asking me if I want to replace existing transactions because leave transactions exist for at least one of the selected pay codes. What do I do?
Warning
Explanation
You're calculating leave and you or another user has already calculated leave leave for the pay code and leave rate. If you continue, you will calculate leave for the selected pay codes and leave rate and the leave transactions that are saved for the employee will be replaced with the new leave transactions
Solution
Choose an option,
I want to replace the existing leave transactions with the new leave transactions. Click Yes.
I do not want to replace the existing leave transactions with the new leave transactions. Click No, and then set up the selection criteria to exclude the employee(s) with the existing leave transactions. You may want to use the report only option to verify the employee with the existing transactions will be excluded from the calculation.
