I'm recalculating leave transactions, but this warning message displays before the process is finished. It says that leave transactions exist for at least one of the selected pay codes. What does it mean and how do I fix it?
leave transactions exist
Explanation
Every time Calculate Payroll runs, the routine will look for the same type of leave transactions in the selected pay period. This ensures the leave transactions that have already been calculated will not be replaced without first asking you to confirm the action to replace the them. There is no undo for overriding the existing leave transactions and replacing them with new leave transactions.
To override the existing leave transactions, click Yes.
