I'm recalculating payroll checks, but the routine can't finish before this warning message is displayed. The warning says that checks have already been calculated for this pay period.
Transactions already exist
Explanation
Every time Calculate Payroll runs, the routine will look for the same type of check calculations in the selected pay period. This ensures the checks that have already been calculated will not be replaced without first asking you to confirm the action to replace the calculated checks. There is no undo for overriding the existing check transactions and replacing them with new check transactions.
To override the existing check transactions, click Yes.
