I'm recalculating benefits and a warning message says that benefits have already been calculated for the selected pay period range for 9 of the selected pay codes. What does this mean and how do I fix it?
Transactions already exist
Explanation
Every time Calculate Payroll runs, the routine will look for the same type of benefit calculations in the selected pay period. This ensures the benefits that have already been calculated will not be replaced without first asking you to confirm the action to replace them. There is no undo for overriding the existing benefit transactions and replacing them with new benefit transactions.
To override the existing benefit transactions, click Yes.
