Print the leave report by pay code. This report will show a leave pay code followed by the employees who have the leave pay code and the employee's beginning balance, hours accrued, hours used, hours remaining, hourly rate, and liability amount. The leave pay code totals are included at the end of each section.
Leave Report by Pay Code
1. Open Connect Payroll > Reports > Leave Report.
2. Set up the leave report as usual.
3. Set up the Pay Codes section.
The list displays the pay codes that track leave time (Organization > Pay Codes). Click to select a checkbox next to a pay code to include it in the report.

Use the Definition box to select the Leave Report - by Pay code [Caselle Master] to print the leave report for all leave pay codes for all employees.
