When you print W-2s or create the electronic W-2 file, Connect will use the contact information from the Government Reporting application.
1. Open Connect Payroll > Government Reporting > Organization.
2. Click the General tab to verify the organization's contact information.
Check the organization's name, address, telephone numbers, and email.

Is the organization's contact information correct?
Yes, the organization's contact information is correct. That's great. You're done.
No, the organization's contact information is not correct. If the information is not correct, make your changes to the organization's contact information in the Payroll application.
