What if an employee isn't showing up on the workers compensation report?

Issue

I printed the workers compensation report and I have an employee who isn't showing up on the report. How do I fix it?


Explanation

The workers compensation report includes an employee when the employee position has a workers class code. 


Solution

Check if the primary employee position

  • has a workers compensation class code (Modify Existing Employees > Positions tab > Workers Compensation tab), and 

  • does not have an end date. (Modify Existing Employees > Positions > Position tab > General tab).
