Calculate the employer's portion of the pay code based on an amount. For example, a pay code that pays an amount to an employee to cover a health insurance premium.
Calculate the employer's portion of the pay code based on a calculation.
Do not calculate the employer's portion of the pay code. For example, a pay code that calculates a regular pay. The pay code only calculates an amount on the employee's portion of the pay code.
Calculate the employer's portion of the pay code based on an amount.
Calculate the employer's portion of the pay code based on a percent of an amount. For example, a pay code that calculates an employer contribution to fund a 401k plan. The pay code multiplies an amount by a percentage to calculate the contribution amount.
Calculate the employer's portion of the pay code based on the assigned rate per hour. The Rate per Hour is not the same as Hourly. The Rate per Hour uses the assigned rate in the pay code instead of using the hourly rate assigned to an employer.
