When_I_run_the_Employee_Transactions_Report_using_the_report_writer_the_benefits_do_not_show_the_correct_job_numbers._How_do_I_fix_it_

When I run the Employee Transactions Report using the report writer, the benefits do not show the correct job numbers. How do I fix it?

Issue

I'm running the Employee Transactions Report but the benefits are not showing the right job numbers, even though I have job numbers set up. What is going on?

Solution

To fix this issue, download and install the 2024.05 release. The release includes a fix that will resolve this error. After you download and install the 2024.05 release, the Employee Transactions Report will show the correct GL accounts and the benefits tied to a job number will use the GL account for the job and will not use the GL override account.
