Why can't I create transmittal invoices?
Payroll can create transmittal invoices if Accounts Payable is installed and the Accounts Payable interface is set up.
Before you get started

Install and set up Accounts Payable.

Verify the Accounts Payable application is installed in the same directory as the Payroll application. Both applications need to be installed in the same directory to use Payroll Transmittals. You may need to move an application, if you need help please contact customer service.
Setting up the Accounts Payable interface
1. Open Connect Payroll > Organization > Organization.
2. Click to select the Interfaces tab.
3. Click to select the Accounts Payable subtab.
4. Use the Interface menu to select the version of Accounts Payable.
5. Click to select the checkbox titled Create Transmittal Invoice.
6. Click Save (CTRL+S).
The Accounts Payable interface is set up. Payroll will make available all of the options and tools for creating transmittal invoices. Next, add the transmittal cash account, see the help topic titled How do I add a transmittal cash account?
