Why is the GO button disabled in Single Check mode?
When you select Single Check as the entry mode, the GO button is disabled.
In some cases, payroll checks were being entered in single check entry mode, computed and saved when the entry was finished, and then computed and saved a second time when the GO button was clicked. In single entry mode, clicking GO was creating a duplicate entry. To fix this issue, the GO button is disabled in single check entry mode to stop a user from creating a duplicate check. [MP4]
