How do I switch between Single Day mode and Pay Period mode?

Use the Time Entry Mode button in the toolbar to change the entry form for entering time entries from single day mode to pay period mode and back again. Clicking the Time Entry Mode button will prompt you to save the current entry or abort it. You can't switch to a different entry mode when you're in the middle of creating an entry.

Switching between Single Day and Pay Period mode

1. Open Connect Timekeeping Employees Enter Employee Time.

2. Click Time Entry Mode

Enter Entry Mode button

Setting my default view for Single Day mode or Pay Period mode

1. Open Connect Timekeeping Employees Enter Employee Time.

2. Click Options  (F12) .

I can't click Options? The Options button is only available when an employee is not selected. To launch the Options window, click Abort  to exit the current entry without saving or exit the view and relaunch it.

3. Use the Default Time Entry Mode menu to select Pay Period or Single Day.
