CTRL+F12

Exit this view. 

 

New

CTRL+N

Switch to New mode to enter new transactions. 

 

Edit

CTRL+E

Switch to Edit mode to update existing transactions. 

 

Delete/Abort

CTRL+D

In New mode, exit without saving the current entry. In Edit mode, delete a saved entry. 

 

Print

CTRL+P

Print the hours report for the current employee. 

 

Save

CTRL+S

Save my entries. 

 

Inquiry

CTRL+I

Launch Employee Inquiry in the Timekeeping application. To launch Employee Inquiry in the Payroll application, select Payroll Employee Inquiry from the menu. 

 

Maintenance

CTRL+M

Launch Modify Existing Employees in the Timekeeping application. To launch Modify Existing Employees in the Payroll application, select Modify Existing Employees from the menu. 

 

Time Entry Mode

None

Toggle between single day mode and pay period mode. 

 

Manual Allocation

SHFT+F11

Allow manual entry of time. 

 

Redisplay

CTRL+R

Show my transaction history. 

 

Options

F12

Change my default settings for entering time. 

 

Application Help

F1

Launch the user guide.

Show field-level help.
