How do I view an employee's leave time?
You can view how much time off an employee has accrued using Employee Inquiry. The grid will show all of the leave time pay codes attached to the employee. You can expand the leave time pay code to show the beginning, accrued, and used totals.
Viewing leave time using Employee Inquiry
1. Open Connect Payroll > Employee Inquiry.
2. Use the Employee field to enter the employee's name or number. Press Enter.
3. Click to select the Leave tab.
The employee's leave time totals display on the Leave tab. You can use the mini-buttons to filter, sort, or show/hide detail. You can also use the Years field to show leave time totals for prior years.
