Print a report of the leave time that will be calculated using the selected options. You can use the report to review the leave hours calculated for each employee. Using the report only option will not save the calculated leave time transactions to the employee.
Only shows the employees when the leave balance with the calculated leave time is greater than the leave rate limit. Depending on the organization's leave rate settings, the leave rate may not allow the excess hours to accrue and you may want to inform the employee of the employee's leave situation.
Shows the calculated leave time for each leave rate, including calculated leave time in excess of the leave rate limit.
The detail report shows this information for each pay code

1. Open Connect Payroll > Employees > Calculate Leave Time.
2. Set up the Calculate Leave Time Options.

3. Select the report type.
There are two available reports:
Exceeds limit report. Only shows the employees when the leave balance with the calculated leave time is greater than the leave rate limit. Detail report. Shows the calculated leave time for each leave rate, including calculated leave time in excess of the leave rate limit.
4. Select Report Only from the Print menu.
5. Click GO (CTRL+G).
