Step 5. Verify leave time information

Let's find out if you need to verify leave time information. 


Do I need to verify leave time?

  • We use carryover limits that limit the number of leave hours an employee can carry into the next calendar year end (December). You’ll need to complete this section to verify leave time.

  • We do not use carryover limits. You do not need to verify leave time. Go to Step 6, Print W-2s.

  • We use carryover limits that limit the number of leave hours for vacation, sick, comp time, or holiday based on the employee hire date, employee anniversary date, or fiscal year end (not December). You do not need to verify leave time. Go to Step 6, Print W-2s.
