How do I print a job list? (2025.02)

A Job List is a report or display that provides a summary of jobs or projects stored in the system. The list typically includes information such as job numbers, descriptions, statuses, departments, job types, and other key project details. Organizations use a Job List to review active and inactive jobs, locate specific projects, monitor project activity, and support project management and reporting tasks.

Use the Job List to print a report that contains a full, complete description of the job, or limit the report to print only a specific portion of the job's properties.

Printing a job list for a specific job

1. Open Connect Project Accounting > Reports > Job List.

2. In the selection criteria, double-click ALL to change the Job.Job number to a specific job number. 

 

 

3. Click Print  (CTRL+P).
