How do I show/hide a real property alert message?
If an alert message is set up on a real property, you can set up the Real Property Inquiry options to show the alert message in a pop-up box when a user looks up the real property account.
Showing alert messages
1. Open Connect Property Tax Collection > Real Properties > Real Property Inquiry.
2. Click Options (F12).
3. Click to select the Show Alert Message checkbox.
4. Click OK.
Hiding alert messages
1. Open Connect Property Tax Collection > Real Properties > Real Property Inquiry.
2. Click Options (F12).
3. Click to remove the checkmark from the Show Alert Message checkbox.
4. Click OK.
