Add the Period Tax Billings variable to the form layout for printing the personal property tax statement. You can set up the variable properties to use the Period Tax Billings variable to total the current period tax billings for the current or previous year. The variable uses the current period date as the end date and looks back one year from the end date.
Do this...
1. Launch Forms (Organization > Forms).
2. Open a form definition.
3. Press CTRL+L to open the Variables List.
4. Enter Period Tax Billings.
5. Click Insert Variable.
The Settings form displays.
6. Use the List menu to select Current Period.
The variable uses the current period date as the end date and looks back one year from the end date.
7. Click Accept.
The Period Tax Billings variable is set up to total all of the tax billings on the property for the prior year.
