Why are there two Caselle Clouds showing up in my toolbar? (2025.05)

Issue

When I launch Caselle Cloud, I have two Caselle Cloud icons in my toolbar. Why do I have two of them?

Explanation

When you run Caselle Cloud, you are running Connect applications and the Caselle Cloud Dashboard. One application icon is for Connect applications. The other application icon is for Caselle Cloud Dashboard. You need to run both applications to run applications from the Caselle Cloud.

Caselle Hosted applications

Click this icon to view the Caselle Hosted applications console. 

 

Caselle Hosted Dashboard

Displays in the taskbar when Caselle Hosted Dashboard is connected to Caselle Cloud. You need to be running Caselle Hosted Dashboard and Caselle Hosted applications to run Connect applications from Caselle Cloud.
