I need to create a new user for Caselle Cloud. How do I do that?

Issue

I need to create a new user ID for a user to use to login to Caselle Cloud. How do I do that?

 

Explanation

A user can use the same user name and password that they use to login to Connect to login to Caselle Cloud. If the user already has a user name and password for Connect applications, they can use that user name and password to login to Caselle Cloud. 

If you need to set up a new user, add the user to Setup/Modify User Rights. 

 

Solution

To add a new user to Caselle Cloud, open Connect System Management > Security > Setup/Modify User Rights. Make sure to

  • select the checkbox to Activate User.

  • select the Connect applications the user can access. (Connect tab)

  • select the Connect Online views the user can access. (Connect Online tab).
