How do I install Caselle Cloud Launcher?

Install the Caselle Cloud Launcher on each workstation that will be using Caselle Cloud to run Caselle Hosted applications. 

 

Installing Caselle Cloud Launcher

1. Download the Installer. 

 

Choose an option to download the installer:

• Click this link to download the installer: [Installer]

• Or open an internet browser, and then copy and paste https://downloads.caselleconnect.com/casellecloudlauncherinstaller?zip  in the address bar.

 

 

 Note: 

1. You may have to allow the installer to download and run by clicking Yes or Allow. 
   
2. To shown the downloads in the browser, click CTRL+J, and then select Show Folder.
   
3. The zip file will be saved to the Downloads folder (Windows Explorer). 
   

2. In the Downloads folder, unzip the zip file. 

1. Right-click casellecloudlauncher.zip, and then select Extract All. 
   

 

1. Do not change the default path. 
   
2. Check the Show extracted files when complete checkbox. 
   

1. Follow the instructions on the screen to finish install Caselle Cloud Launcher. 

3. In the casellecloudlauncherinstaller folder, right-click Caselle.Cloud.Launcher.Installer.exe, and then select Run as administrator. 

Important! You must select Run As Administrator to run Caselle Cloud Launcher. Caselle Cloud Launcher requires elevated permissions to access system-level resources and make changes ordinary apps can't make. 

 

 

4. Accept the EULA license terms and conditions, and then click . 

 

5. Launch Caselle Connect. 

1. Use the URL to launch Connect Online that was sent to you from Caselle support. Example: https://[subdomain].caselleconnect.com 
   
2. Click Caselle Cloud Launcher  (in the toolbar on the left). 

Tip! Add a bookmark to save the URL to your Favorites or Bookmarks toolbar. To the right of the address bar, select Bookmark . 

 

 

6. Log in to Caselle Connect Online. 

1. Use your Caselle Connect username and password. (The same credentials that you use to log in to Connect Desktop Applications and Connect Online.)
   
2. Set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). [More]
   
3. Use the Caselle console to launch Connect applications. [More]
