Issue

When I connect to Caselle Cloud, sometimes a warning message shows up. It says, "The publisher of this RemoteApp program can't be identified. Do you want to connect to run the program anyway?"

Explanation

We issue our own security certificates, so you may see this warning periodically. 

 

Solution

To fix this issue, select the checkbox to Don't ask me again for connections to this computer, and then click Connect to continue.
