If you are logging in for the first time, you will use your Connect Online username and password to log in to Caselle Cloud.
1. Log in to Connect Online.
When you start using Caselle Cloud, you will will be given a URL to use to log in to Connect Online. If you don't know the URL, contact the application administrator for assistance.
Note: You will need your Connect Online username and password.
If your organization is using Multi-factor Authentication (MFA), the first time you log in to Connect Online you will need to set up MFA. You will need a device (preferably a mobile phone or tablet) running Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or Twilo Authy. Use the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store (Android) to install an MFA app on your device.
What if I want to use Yubikey instead of the recommended MFA options? Yubikey is supported. You can set up Caselle Hosted Solution to use a Yubikey to log in.
2. In the navigation menu on the left, click Caselle Cloud Launcher .
Running Caselle Cloud Launcher will launch the remote desktop connection that will connect the user's device to Caselle Cloud, which will allow you to run Caselle Hosted Applications on your device.
3. Use the Connect main menu to launch an application.
The main menu will show the apps that are licensed to the organization. If you are licensed to use an application, but the application isn't showing on the main menu, check with the application administrator to verify your user rights are set up to allow you to use the application.
