Error: The deposit date must be between MM/DD/YYYY and MM/DD/YYYY

Issue

I'm creating the ACH file and I keep getting an error message that says the deposit date needs to be between 07/12/2023 and 09/10/2023. How do I fix it?

Error

Explanation

The default date is the check issue date in the current period. You can choose a different date but the new date must fall in the current period. The error message displays when the new date falls outside the current period.

Solution

To fix this error, change the ACH deposit date to a date that falls inside the current pay period.
