How do I activate units usage on a rate?

Use Activate Units Usage to multiply quantity at each rate level by the number of units/shares from the billing record. The system will multiply the minimum amount and quantity at each rate level by the number of units/shares from the billing record.  

Activate Units Usage = Rate Level Quantity x Units/Shares


Activating units usage on a rate 

1. Open Connect Utility Management > Organization > Rates. 

2. Click to select Activate Units Usage.
