How do I back up a shared checklist? (2024.02)

You've worked hard to create the perfect checklist. Everything is in the order that you want it completed. Each task is linked and opens the right view or report and you have extra troubleshooting notes for your coworkers to use for each step.

 

To protect your work, there are a few ways you can back up your checklists, shared checklists, and checklist templates: 

  • Back up Connect applications. This is recommended. Use System Management > System Tools to save the AAD database as a backkup file. (Send Databases)

  • Export the checklist XML and put it in a safe place where you can find it later. (Manage Checklists)
