You can build each section of the report to display the information in a specific order. If the column will not be displayed in the reporting section, then you don't need to worry about the column display order. But if the column will be displayed, you'll need to place the columns in the order you want them to display in the reporting section.
1. Open the report.
2. Find the section titled Report Order.
3. Use the Section menu to select the report section that contains the column.
The Report Order table displays the columns in the selected reporting section.
4. Click to select a column from the Report Order table.
5. Use the Up or Down button to change the position of the column in the reporting section.
Continue clicking the Up/Down button until the column appears in the correct position.
The column changes its position in the reporting section.
