How do I change the display order? (Report order)
You may want to arrange information on a report or routine in alphabetical or numerical order. You can sort information in ascending order (A-Z, 0-9) or descending order (Z-A, 9-0). Changing the display order will not affect the way in which Connect processes the information in the Selection Criteria.
Changing the display order
1. Use the section titled Report Order to double-click the column that you want to sort.
The Selection form displays.
4. Use the pane titled Selected Report Order Fields to place the fields in the order that you want them to print on the report.
5. Click OK.
The report order is updated.
