How do I delete a rate?

Has the rate been used to create billing transactions? If the answer is yes, then the rate cannot be deleted from the Rates table. You can prevent other users and services from using the rate by changing the rate to stop allowing new billings. [More]

If the rate has not been used to create billings, then you can delete the rate from the Rates table.  

 

Changing the rate to stop allowing new billings 

1. Open Connect Utility Management > Organization > Rates. 

2. Remove the checkmark from the Allow New Billings checkbox. 

 

Deleting a rate

1. Open Connect Utility Management > Organization > Rates. 

2. Click Delete (CTRL+D).
