Save a report as an export file and then send it by email to a recipient.
Note: This feature is only available on some reports. Reports that have this feature will have a separate Save As tab and Export tab on the Print Settings tab.
The organization's default email address needs to be set up to send email. See the help topic titled How do I set up my default email address and display name?
1. Open Connect Utility Management > Reports > [Insert Report Name].
Note: This feature is only available on reports that use the new report base.
2. Set up the report.
3. Click to select the Print Settings tab.

4. Click to select the Export checkbox.

7. Enter the export file name.
Note: Make sure you enter the path, file name, and file extension. Alphanumeric characters only (A-Z, 1-9). Do not use non-alphanumeric symbols or blank spaces in the file name.

The Save As window displays on the screen.
Navigate to the directory where you want to create the export file, enter the file name, and then click Save.

8. Enter the recipient's email address.

To enter more than one email address, enter the emaill address followed by a semicolon (;); and then enter the next email address.

9. Click Print (CTRL+P) or Preview (CTRL+Q).
Connect saves the report as an export file to the selected directory.
If you selected Print, the export file is sent to the printer and then Connect will open the default email app with the export file attached to the email.
If you selected Preview, the Preview pane displays the report. When you close the Preview pane, Connect will open the default email app with the export file attached to the email.
10. Add the email subject and body, and then click Send.
