How do I make attachments private?

When this checkbox is selected, Connect saves the attachment so the attachment is only accessible through Connect or Connect Online. If you need to share the attachment, you can create a temporary URL that will be active for five minutes. If you are trying to share a saved attachment, you will need to save the attachment again to generate a temporary URL. 

 

Making attachments private 

1. Open Connect System Management > Organization > Organization.

2. Click to select the Interfaces tab. 

3. In the Online Attachment Interface section, click to select the Make Attachments Private checkbox.
