How do I modify credit history?

A credit balance occurs when an account is overpaid. Use Modify Credit History (Single) to change the credit balance on an individual account.

    Before you get started

    Modifying credit history

    1. Open Connect Utility Management > Organization > Modify Data.

    The Modify Data Menu window displays on the screen.

    2. Click to select Modify Credit Usage.
