If you print a lot of forms, you can divide the print job into small print jobs.
Total Number of Records / Total Jobs = Number of Records in Batch
Example: City XYZ wants to print 100 forms in two batches of 50. Jim from City XYZ sets up the form options for simultaneous print jobs as 2. When Connect prints the forms, it will print a two batches of 50 forms each.
100 Total Number of Records / 2 Total Jobs = 50 Records in Batch 1 + 50 Records in Batch 2
If the total number of records does is not evenly divisible, the remaining records will be included in the last batch.
Example: City XYZ wants to print 103 forms in two batches of 50. Jim from City XYZ sets up the form options for simultaneous print jobs as 2. When Connect prints the forms, it will print a one batch of 50 and one batch of 53.
103 Total Number of Records / 2 Total Jobs = [50 Records in Batch 1] + [50 Records + 3 Records in Batch 2]
