How do I restart printing my forms? (Reports)
If you started printing forms and then stopped because of a printer issue or paper jam, you can start printing forms from the last form that was printed correctly.

1. Make sure that the printer that you're using is ready to print.

If the printer is jammed, clear the jam and restart the printer.

If the printer is out of ink, replace the toner cartridge and print a test page.

If the printer isn't working, switch to a different printer and contact your IT admin.
2. When you return to the Forms Options tab on the report in Connect, enter the beginning number of the form to start printing in the section titled Restart. Then, click GO (CTRL+G).
