How do I set my default output option?
The output option is format the system will use to create the print job. You have three options: Print, Save As, and Export. Use Print to print to a printer. Use Save As to save the print job as a file such as a PDF. Or use Export to save the print job as a file that can be opened in another application.
Changing my default output option
1. In the report, click to select the Print Settings tab.
2. Select the default output option.

The default output option is saved with the report definition. .
