You can stop the report prompts from displaying when you print a batch report. When you run a batch report and the option to suppress report prompts is not selected, this window will prompt you to enter the report date range. The number of prompts that are displayed in the window will depend on how many reports in the Batch Report are set up to prompt for additional information such as a date range, file name, and so on.

When you change the Batch Report to suppress report prompts, the Enter Values window will prompt the user to enter the date range, file name, and so on. The report will use the same information that it used the last time it was run to generate the report.
Warning: If this option is selected on a Batch Report, and a report is set to be saved as a file and that file already exists, the application will replace the existing file without asking for the user's permission.
