Batch report buttons and shortcuts

 

Close (CTRL+F12)

Exit the Batch Report and return to the previous menu.

 

Delete (CTRL+D)

Delete the current batch report. There is no undo for this tool.

 

Move the Selected Report Up/Down

Change the printing order of the reports in the batch report.

 

New (CTRL+N)

Add a new batch report.

 

Options (F12)

Select the default batch report for printing.

 

Preview (CTRL+Q)

Show the batch report in Preview mode. You can print the batch report from the Preview pane.

 

Print (CTRL+P)

Send the batch report to the printer.

 

Save (CTRL+S)

Save changes to the current batch report.

 

Select Reports

Add or remove reports from a batch report.

 

Undo

Step backwards one step.
