How do I use a custom date?

A custom date is a date that you select instead of using the pre-defined dates to choose the starting and ending dates in a report date range. When you select a custom date, the field changes from a drop-down list to a normal field.

1. Open a report definition.

2. Find the section titled Report Dates.

3. Click the Calendar button at the end of the field.

4. Click to select a date from the calendar.

The custom date displays in the date field.

 

Clearing a custom date

1. Open a report.

2. Find the section titled Report Dates.

3. Click the link titled Advanced Options.

4. To remove the custom date type, use the From/To Date Type menu to select another date type.

5. Click OK.

The custom date is removed and the report date type is updated.
