What is a custom option?

Overview

A custom option allows the Utility Management program to run differently from the way it was intended to run. If you would like to use a custom option, please contact Customer Service for more information.

Requesting custom options

Using custom options

1. Open Connect Utility Management > Organization > Organization.

2. Click to select the General tab.

3. Use the Custom Options field to enter the custom option code.

4. Click Save (CTRL+S).

The custom option is saved.
