Error: Invalid rate custom options

Issue

The application is using a custom option number that doesn't exist.

Explanation

A custom rate allows the application to run in a different way to fill a need for a specific organization. Each custom rate is assigned to a custom rate option number. In this situation, the custom rate option number being used by the rate is not assigned to an active custom rate.

Solution

Go to the Rate table (Organization > Rates) and select the Custom tab. Replace the invalid rate custom option number with a valid rate custom option number. If you need help with the custom rate option, call customer support at (800) 228-9851 for assistance.
