Error: Customers with transactions that have invalid rate

Issue

A customer has a transaction that uses a rate that doesn't belong to the service transaction. 


Explanation

Only rates that are tied to a service can be used to create a service transaction. 


Solution

You can fix this error by running Recalculate. 

 

1. Open Connect Utility Management > Organization > Recalculate. 

2. Click to select Correct Invalid Transaction Rates checkbox.  

3. Click GO (CTRL+G).
