Issue

A customer has a billing service linked to an invalid rate. 


Explanation

A customer's billing service is linked to a rate that doesn't exist, is not active, or was created for another service. 


Solution

Check to see if 

  • the service to verify the rates that are linked to it. 

  • the rates to see if they are linked to the correct service.
